Selling Vray and Phoenix FD license

I'm not doing simulation and rendering stuff anymore.. Can I sell my Vray and Phoenix FD license.?

I have a V-RAY FOR 3DS MAX 3.0 and PHOENIX FOR 3DS MAX 3.0.

I bought both together. Am I able to sell seperately?

And let me know if anyone is interested.
