Delivering Pano 360 images and tours to clients

So when people make pano 360 tours or just images, how do they deliver to the client. Who pays for the hosting and has the account, the client or yourself. I'm guessing the client, but was wondering what peoples experiences have been, especially as there seems to be free and paid hosting sites.
