  • Lots of plants to fill a plaza... what are the best?

    Hi guys
I have to do an exterior of a plaza full of life, flowers and plants. I have xfrog libraries but they are too much heavy for this scene file (with a lot of shops and so on) and i'm thinking to buy some other stuff, but i don't know where to find out this kind of libraries. I prefer real 3d plants and flowers cause rpc (i never used eheh) are too fake and this project has to be photoreal.

So any reply will be very appreciate and my time is almost over
    Thx

You could always make your own custom library from the xFrog stuff and just comp it in post or on billboards in 3D. This way you would have a little more control over the lighting of the images and not have to do as much editing before applying to your scene.

or you could try to convert the xfrog plants to vray proxies and use them that way. either that or I wound suggest poster board type plants if its not animated.
