Cebas Pro Optic Suite (finalFlares) and VRay

Hello,

POS flares do not get occluded by objects with VRay rendering. What's weird is if you do interactive render effect mode, the flares get occluded. But when regular rendering, nada.

Does anyone have both finalFlares and VRay and know a work-around? (I saw this problem way-back with VRay and POS) Vlado said he was looking into it.

Does anybody know if the previous comments from bdahlinger still apply?

I Would like to use Final Flares, but there is no demo I can see to test - which is kinda useless Any advice much appreciated...

From my personal experience with cebas products, mail and ask for a demo. if you can't get one, dont buy from them, and tell them thats why.

I contacted Cebas, and a local Cebas dealer - no response from either party so far! I wonder, maybe they don't really want to sell software after all!

Does anybody reading this have any recommendations for similar software not supplied by Cebas??
