Forum settings changed? I'm getting logged off after 5 min

Did something change in the last 2 days or so? I'm constantly getting logged off when idling for few minutes even....

It was fine for a few days, now it's doing it again!

Strangely it is fine for me on my home workstation, though in another place where I spend time it is constantly logging me out. So could it be that if you have one instance of it open then successive instances elsewhere/on other machines are somehow affected? Just occurred to me...

No, nothing has changed. However if your network drops and reconnects, then the browser will require you to login again; at least it does so when my (somewhat unreliable) home connection drops or when I connect/disconnect from the VPN.

Its happening to me even while browsing the site. I would be reading a thread, then go to the next page and I'll be locked out. It only happens with this forum. I'm also logged into google and various other forums at the same time and I dont get logged off there

I think something is going downhill here. As I mentioned in another thread, email notifications are getting super slow too
