  • Dynamic geometry vs Dynamic moving geometry

This is new(?) to me at least. What's the difference between "dynamic geometry" and "dynamic moving geometry"?

    Thanks,

    Hello!

Dynamic geometry are objects like VRayProxy, VRayFur, displacement; Dynamic moving geometry are animated objects that are rendered with motion blur.
Different ray casters handle the rendering of the two types of geometry so the memory they consume is tacked separately. I suppose you are asking about the statistics that are printed in the V-Ray messages window at render end? If so, check this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Nc1_poRQrY

    Best regards

      Nice tutorial!
But why is the video "unlisted"?
