  • Flickering proxies animation (3dsMAX 2019 + Vray Next)

    Hello,
since a while I'm experiencing a really annoying problem for an animation.
When I try some still frames to test the scene everything it's and also when I pre-calculate the lights (LC fly-through + IM mutliframe incremental both with camera patch option enabled). But when I run the rendering process all the proxies in the scene start to disappear randomly in the frames (I use deadline to manage the production process).

Please check at the following link the issue (link attached as well):
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1g0N...ew?usp=sharing

I've been checking many times the links about the proxies and many other ways which didn't work. I really have no idea where is the problem, i was thinking at some point about a shortage of RAM in the render farm nodes but I'm not 100% sure about it.
    I'm using 3dsMAX 2019 + Vray Next and Deadline Client Version: 10.0.25.2

Same problem if I try to use some Forest Pack assets: all the FP objects start flickering randomly like you see in the previous animation. For the moment I was switching back all the proxies to regular 3D geometries but it's so annoying because the scene is getting super heavy.

DO you have any idea or previous experience about that super annoying issue?????

It seems the issue is related to an already existing topic. Please, try the suggested solution (test the provided V-Ray build) and report with feedback:
