Im using vrayclippers to get a nice uneven surface on a surface thats supposed to be cracked.
The results look great and behave as expected but the rendertimes with Vrayclippers is alot longer than without. Ofcourse its hard to do a fair comparison as the vrayclippers add some detail aswell but even if I turn off the displace modifier where I add the details its the same (and really its not THAT much detail to begin with).
Is there any way to fix this or is this unexpected?
As this is something Im experiencing in a render for a client Im reluctant to post any pictures, perhaps I can see if I can replicate this in a testscene.
For this scene Im using 5 different clippers each connected (via exclude/include) to a separate object.
