CPU vs GPU

Just wondering , difference renderer same settings.
Why isn't possible RTX and CPU rendering. If my math is correct both CPU and GPU should be done in 0,48 min.

RTX emulation does not work on CPU and I wouldn't expect it to become a feature any time soon. Please correct me if I am wrong.
