Hey just playing around with ppt and wondering: In maxwell ppt works in principal that the longer the render time the better quality image is. With vray ppt quality is = amount of subdivisions correct? Why then when i set ppt subdiv to like 5-6k rendering hangs?.. or em i missing something?

If you are looking at the progress bar, it is not correct. If you are able to cancel the rendering successfully, then it is not hanging. If you cancel it, and VRay still continues to use CPUs for at least several minutes after that, then it is indeed hanging, in which case, you can send me the scene to look at.

vlado, so how does the quality of ppt is determined? Right now I found ppt is useful for quick test renderings. But I know to render final quality image it needs hours. Any suggestion on the settings?Dmitry Vinnik
