Hey fellas,
we have a problem with an imported asset from houdin in 3dsmax. (basically a cylinder)
We load an alembic cache (anim) via the VrayProxyLoader and force the first map channel to get a mask (vertex color info CD) on the edges of an object.
As soon as we use a UVW map or smooth modifier on the vrayproxy - we loose that vertex paint channel info. This also happens when we use compeltely different mapping channels for the applied UVW mod.
Any ideas for a workarround?
