I can't download VRar for Max7

I received my viz2006 and I am trying to download Vray for Max7
the problem is the exe has 0kb.

...during the instalation I got a message about vray will work best in max 6 , under the plug-in folder there is a vrender60.dll ...is this teh correct one for max 7 or viz2006?

This is because the installation was created before viz2006 was released and it cannot recognize the application. It will install VRay though.
