VRay 5 and Windows 7

Hi,

I'm planning to upgrade from Next to 5 but I just noticed here

that Windows 7 it's not listed anymore as OS requirement so the question is:

is it a serious issue or just a formal one as Windows 7 is officially out of support?

I will take this opportunity for a similar question about 3DS Max 2021 (Windows 7 not supported) so...

is anyone running 3DS Max 2021 still on Windows 7? ...does't it work? ...any issues?

A couple render nodes are still windows 7, and they are working fine. Haven’t tried interactive.

We removed Windows 7 from the documentation since Microsoft officially dropped its support. V-Ray 5 has the status of unofficial support on the operating system in question, even though it works fine from what I tested, so use it at your own risk.
