vray material converter for 1.46.15 ?

I was wondering if there was an update to the old single mat converter that used to work well in 1.09 .....now for 1.46....cause the old ones don't work anymore....or any other plug that does that.

I need to convert a vray mat to a max mat...

Got installed and if i try to convert, I get an error like:

Unknown property: "numsubs" in undefined

Do you have the same problem or do I something wrong?
