  • VFB UI in portrait mode

Not sure if this is Max specific, but here goes:

I'm using a secondary monitor in portrait mode and would like to keep the V-Ray framebuffer open on it. This works fine if no additional menus are expanded, but if I expand the history or image correction menus, the image gets quite small.

Is there a way to move or detach those windows or are they hardcoded to be on the side of the VFB?

    Edit: Using Vray Next

You can absolutely detach those windows. For the history tab, just go to the 3 horizontal lines on top of it and uncheck "dock history." For correction control, click "Globals..." and uncheck "dock color correction."
I've attached 2 screenshots showing where to find these options. Hope this helps

Excellent, thanks a lot! I had the history open, but turned off, which makes that button unresponsive, but I probably should have figured that out. Thanks again for the swift help!
