  • Backface cull

    Hi all,

I'm just wondering if there's a way to backface cull in VRay? I only need it for a specific object - but before anybody suggests turning the object off, I see both the back and the front faces of the objects in different parts of the shot.

[edit] Should I use a two sided material and assign a material with opacity at 0% as the back side???

There was a similar question with a room needing the classic backface cull effect, so if it is that you need, then it is a 2 sided mat with e.g. a black vray colour map in the opacity slot
