Hi all,
What i mean is that when i am doing studio type shots, i would like to use some bright bounce cards. If i use a rectangular Vray light then the intensity of the light can go to very bright with high value numbers and looks great in the reflections. This is cool, but there is no way for the light to show in the reflections without rendering the light object. If i use a plane with 100% self illumination white, then it will only go so bright (not very bright at all) in the reflections, but at least i can go to the properties and tell it not to render.
I am aware of using an OUTPUT map in the self illuminated slot of the material and increasing the output amount, but this deosnt seem to do the trick. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Also, if i remember correctly, Themaxxer had uploaded a studio-type HDRI image once. Does anyone know where i can find it? I tried doing a search, but to no avail. Thanks again.
Regards,
Marc
