vray mtl library download issues

I am trying to download the vray mtl library on my internet station as my studio is air gapped. I am getting an error though.

The error is: Error: [DownloaderImpl::readRemoteIdFile] -1: Could not download remote stamp file
Error: [HttpDldDone::expectStatus] -1: Unexpected HTTP status (407)

Do any of you guys know if I can work around this? Is there another web link that I can go to get the material libraries?

I'd like to have too.
My company blocks many connections like and I think that with a direct link I can solve it. For example I can download Vray without any errors.
