  • Viz/Vray crashes on RPC's when using camera correction

Viz crashes on RPC's that are at the edge of the view or out of view, ie. not in front of the camera. With out of view I have no problem, I'm rendering stills so I can hide the RPC's that won't be visible anyway. But I can't render RPC's close to the edge of the image.

In this case I'm rendering a birds-eye view of a carshowroom and I need some cars at the bottom of the image, but when I place a RPC-car at the bottom (although still completely within the image, also with cam-corr. turned off), when rendering it crashes during 'updating objects':

error: UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: Calling GetRenderMesh() for node "rpc_BMW 328 Ci (2000)07" at time 0 Last marker is at P:\Vlado\SVN\vray\vray\src\vrayrenderer.cpp, line 1309: Preparing camera sampler

Is this a Vray-issue or an Archvision issue? Is there a workaround?
