Does the new V-Ray 5.0 have the "Adaptive Dome Auto Exposure" feature, that V-Ray NEXT have??

Not sure to which of the two functionalities are you referring, however, both the Auto-Exposure/Auto-White balance and the Adaptive dome are also available in V-Ray 5, yes.
