  • Relink script for VrayProxy

    Hi there
I have a scene with lot of VRayProxy with stripped path (a long story behind this...) but I was looking for a script like Relink to automatically search all the subfolders of a main project to find the .vrmesh file.
I found one but I have to manually specify the right folder... so is the same of doing this by hand.
    Any suggestion?
    Thanks for your help!
    Ale

Oooops sorry for my post... I just noticed that in my script there is an option also for assets other than bitmaps so it just works fine!

They also show up in the asset tracking window (Max's own), so you can do repathing through there as well.

Hi Lele! Yes of course but I have more than hundred different .vrmesh files all in different folders so this would take sooooo much time if is not done automatically

            No problem
Yes the script is looking for .vrmesh files inside a specific folder and subfolder. I thought it was working only for bitmaps but then I found it works also for assets like vrmesh or IES. Very useful!!
It's quite old and I hope it will continue to work also in the future releases of Max!
