  • Tweaking Glossy Reflections

Doing stainless steel is really starting to bug me when it comes to increased rendering times when compared to straight reflections. Sometimes it's just faster for me to render straight falloff reflections w/o blurred glossiness and then in PS select the area and apply the gaussion blurr filter where needed.
Who has the best suggestion speed tweak solution?

I am new to V-Ray, but I have read in a few other posts that using Adaptive AA can really cause slow downs when using glossy reflections. Depending on the situation, simple two level or fixed AA can siginifcantly lower rendering times.
