I am trying to render out a scene in which I merged some objects from another file and am finding that the objects that I merged are taking a long time for GI calculations. It says that it is "updating instances" and it goes through the progress bar several times for each object. Checking the object properties, I see "Linkcreated = 1" under the user defined tab for the objects causing the problems.
I have tried collapsing the objects and removing this "Linkcreated" property, but the objects still cause problems. Any ideas how to go about fixing this? Where did this "LinkCreated" property come from?
