V-ray 5 Render Setup window can't see "V-ray tab" and "GI tab"

As title , when I use Render Setup window , I want set "V-ray tab" and "GI tab",
and I choose "V-ray tab" and "GI tab",, there is nothing in those tab , I can't choose Global Illumination or any one else,
I try to remove V-ray5 and install again, still same
Can any one help me?

This seems more like a license issue, what if you go to the Settings tab - do you see any errors under Authorization? If so, would it be possible to contact our Tech Support team via the contact form - please provide the same screenshots along with your account information - e-mail address/username, and the exact version of V-Ray installed so they can assist you further.
