Stable Nightly builds?

Hello,
I heard there is a thing called stable nightly build which users suppose to download from time to time?
Can anyone explain what stable nightly builds are and what they exactly do.
Also where can I find them?

The stable nightlies are V-Ray builds that contain bug fixes and other implemented functional solutions that are set to be implemented in official builds; they act as checkpoints for future releases. For instance, when a bug gets resolved and its resolution is stable enough, its fix may be transferred to the builds in question prior to the release of an official build. You can download such builds here.
