Why does new forum send emails twice?

I noticed it after new forum update, message notification is sent twice for some reason.

and any links to the forum are broken because of change of paths

http://www.chaoticdimension.com/forums/phpBB2/ redirects to http://new.chaosgroup.com/ instead of http://new.chaosgroup.com/forum/phpBB2/

Apparently anyone who was using the "ColdSteel" theme (set in their profile) can no-longer use the forum.

The clock on the server was just set, that's probably why.

This is according to dbuchhofer who has had to make a new account just to see things (Vsai).

No wonder my renders are suddenly so slow! Give me back my buckets!
