Possible to renumber frames when rendering out a sequence?

Hello,
I have a sequence starting at frame -50 and the numbering below zero is causing trouble when importing into aftereffects.

Is it possible to renumber the frames starting from 001, when rendering out?

I am not aware of a direct method of doing this, however, there is numerous freeware for renaming purposes (supporting sequential numbering).

Yes thanks, I know „Ant Renamer“ on windows.
But the Maya version of Vray has it integrated, therefore I was asking.
