  • vrayZDepth element in VFB

Trying to add the vrayZDepth element in VFB without success. Is it possible to add it in the VFB post and get the same result as in Photoshop?
    Thanks

You can add it as an element, but not as a mask. We are considering implementing this functionality, though.

By the way, what effect are you trying to achieve with the Z-Depth pass?

For the most part I would like to use it as a mask

Could you elaborate a bit further? Could you give some examples (a PS file would be lovely) of the desired effects, which techniques depend on the z-depth as a mask?

              Thanks Aleksandar
Attaches an example of what I can do using zdepth mask
For example add fog / haze

That wouldn't work with transparent objects, though, without coverage fragments.
How would you deal with those?
