Prefix on rendered images?

Hi all,

This may be a stupid question, but I've not managed to find a way to do it.

is there a way to append a prefix to a .exr from the Vray frame buffer render section?
I'd like to have my scene and camera name on the file prefix kind of like the default max render name template.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
