Velocity element without Camera motion

It is possible to create a Velocity element without Camera motion ?
The "Camera motion blur" check box does not affect the Velocity element.

Confirmed with V-Ray 5.2 with Max 2022

It seems that the VRayVelocity AOV forces the "Camera motion blur" to be active. I'm not certain if this is intended. I'll ask around and report back.
