Problems launching 3ds max

Mabee this is more of a Max question than a Vray question:
On our new little render farm . In order to be able to launch a job, (DR or backburner) seems like max needs an administrator to run the thing, or if it is launch by a normal user, it just won't start.

Is there a way to bypass that, wich folder do I need access to:
We tried full access/ rights to 3ds max7 folder, but it don't seem to be enough..
The I.T. people here do not want us to be administrators

yeah its a premissions thing..look into this deeper. Try enabling backburner and the whole networks folder in program files.
