VRIMGSL - what is it?

Hi,

I've started saving my animations as VRIMG files for maximum flexibility, but I've noticed that once in a while there are VRIMGSL files. What is this? And can this be deleted?

It's not something intentional. Do you have a scene, where it's reproducible?

EDIT: These files are temporarily created in some cases (i.e. when Lens Effects are present), however, they should be merged with the .vrimg from the following frame.
