I didn't think it was Vlado before (even though he signed off as Vlado), because of the anonymous nature of his profile. It's obvious by the title of this thread that many others didn't think it was actually Vlado either. I think his post would have gotten much more respect if people didn't think someone was playing tricks.

The only let-down for me was the comment about Maxwell renders looking more like Vray renders. Though said tongue-in-cheek, it doesn't come off very well coming from a competitor, let alone someone suspected of impersonating a competitor.

Yes, I did read this thread. But it was up for conjecture over there, otherwise, why would you ask the question here? It's a little different situation when there is doubt that the person is who he says he is on another forum.

I tend to pay more attention to people who aren't anonymous in their profiles.

People here were making comments about the replies that Vlado's post got over there. A lot of the ill-will was brought about because there was a question as to whether it was actually Vlado posting - not because Vlado is a Vray developer.
