additional params osl

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to control the additional params from a VrayMtl with an OSL shader? Because atm I can't connect them.

That parameter accepts float values; not sure what's at the OSL end.

I think it's an Autodesk thing since it happens on other materials (i.e. Arnold Standard Surface). The additional parameters seem to accept Controller nodes only.

Hi there, sometimes you can pass through the value, say connect to vray depth to an OSL float, then connect that to next node..
