saving cryptomatte to exr

Hello. How I can save cryptomatte to single .exr using "Separate render chanels" in V-ray tab?, I need it because when rendering animation with a lot AOVs and good resolution final exr file saved through "V-ray raw image file" can have size 500-800 Mb, that makes very hard to work with it
