Hi there,
We have a lighting setup from V-Ray 3.6 that we need to inherit into a V-Ray 5 project and wanted to discuss what we would need to do in order for the final render to closely match how it would behave in 3.6.
There are a series of V-Ray lights with a combination of affect diffuse, affect specular and affect reflections enabled / disabled.
Rendering in V-Ray 5 seems to be much brighter.
We realize that it might not be possible to match it pixel for pixel and that is fine but what are the things that we can do to try and get it closer visually?
From what I can see it looks like its related to the specular / reflection components and not really the diffuse.
Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
Thank you
