vray properties with right click

Hi,
We've just started using vray 1.47.03 at work, and I don't get "vray properties" or any other vray options on the quad menu when I right click, and yet one of my colleagues does. Any ideas why? I know you can access it through the render dialogue, but it's not as convenient.

If its not there you can add it in by going to Customize user interface...

Cool, thanks Natty, it's done. I tried that yesterday, but couldn't find anything in "Customize user interface" related to vray - guess I didn't look hard enough

its very strange. i take it you have an object selected when right clicking?
