            Impressive Renderings

Hey, this is my first post in this forum (we just purchases Vray Advanced,) and I stumbled across this thread after encountering numerous challenges of my own to figure out how to simulate real lighting fixtures within interior scenes. Besides searching through the forum and going over the Vray tutorials found at http://www.spot3d.com/vray/help/VRayHelp150beta/ does anyone know where I can find remedial help for interior lighting? I'm too new to understand all the settings you guys seem to know so well, and I would really like to get up to speed so I can atleast understand what you fellas are talking about. Any advice would be greatly appreciated (and I really thought those two rendered lamps looked amazing; I only wish I could model something as simple as that too.) Later.
