Vray 6 render bug on 'updating instances'

I have this morning upgraded from vray5 to vray6 on a subscription using 3dsmax 2023.
Unfortunately when rendering the programme stalls on 'updating instances' and either remains there hanging indefinately or crashes out of the programme all together.
This i'm afraid makes version6 useless to me.
i have now therefore reinstalled version 5 and i can once again render normally.

I would like the £387.94 that i paid for the programme update repaid back to me please until this problem is sorted.

I too am having the 'Updating Instances' issue and the link above is broken. You can you point me to the thread you are referencing Lele?

Thanks for the report of broken link. I updated it now, and it works.
