  • equating Vray physical cam shift to Canon TS-E 24mm

I need to take a photo to match a camera that I've set up in Max, the Vray physical camera shift appears as a decimal and the Canon lens I have is incremented in mm, can I sense check that I have this correct?

Canon 6D with full frame sensor - lets say 36mm for the sake of this convo, my Vray cam is set up at 24mm focal length and 36mm sensor as per the Canon, and the shot requires 0.2 shift, so on the 36mm sensor that would = 7.2mm of shift on the Canon lens?

    Do I have that correct?

    Yes, it should be correct.
