  • VRayUVWRandomizer - offset in increments?

I have a texture of timber boards, and some geometry that I want it to correspond to.
Each of piece of geometry is 13.6cm wide and has an individual UVW modifer applied and centred.

I want to have the texture randomly offset, but only in multiples of 13.6 (so that each board on the texture lines up with each board of geometry)

Is it possible to have the VRayUVWRandomizer do this? I assumed this is what the 'step' function was for but can't seem to make it work

    Thanks

Hi as far as I was able to test you need to have the step parameter equal to the number of individual planks in your texture.
