Please Help i am beginner for INTERIOR lighting

Hi, i m new to VRAY.
I try to read in forum but couldnt find any help for my case.

I have a room , its 5 meter ( W ), and 10 meter ( L ) and 3 meter Height.
i have 2 downlight at the ceiling. what type of VRAY light i have to make?
1. make Vray planar size 5m x 10 m ? how big the Mult? is it 30 or ??
OR
2. make 2 vray planar with the size of the downlight ( 12 cm x 12 cm ) ?
OR
3. make 2 Vray Sphere with the size of the downlight ?
OR
4. None above....

please help. I can't get realistic results with furniture inside..
NOTE: assume there is no window in this room.
i am using Vray 1.47

i would think that 2 downlights in any room wouldnt be enough to light it.
