  • AE .tx Exporter

If I wanted to save a step of converting is there an AE native .tx exporter that anyone knows of? (MIP Tiled exporter)

    Thanks in advance.

You may be luckier finding one for tiled EXRs...

No doubt, but I prefer to use tx for integer formats. I can always use your handy script (the built-in converter). Though will it handle image sequences? Not sure I have tried.

Agreeably, but i can't see the AE crowd in dire need of it.
Try this script instead, it should make it a whole lot easier to process massive amounts of maps.
I have just updated it to work with v 6.x as well.

True. I hardly use AE. Just received a project file that creates textures from some Illustrator files. There is some other processing so SVG into Max is not possible. Instead 8K or 16K textures which I think will work better as .tx files.

Thanks. I will take a look.
