Does anyone know the best V-ray Tonemapping setting to match Corona Aces OT? closest 1:1. Was hoping someone already tried this.

Hi, thanks for posting. Corona Aces OT uses similar color transforms as V-Ray's Display correction when it is set to OCIO.
You need to set up your ACESsg workflow first. Here is the docs page about that - https://docs.chaos.com/display/VMAX/...Workflow+Setup

well. you can easily check that yourself.
but:
filmic AMPAS is one stop brighter, white balance is slightly different and you should use Tonemapping space: acescg not lin srgb to get closer to the "real thing" (ocio config).
also blue light fix have never worked to my knowledge and desaturation of highlights is minimal when compared to aces ocio.
If you ale using this only as a view transform in 3ds max then custom view lut should be more useful (gamut remap from aces 1.3 - current "blue fix"). unless there is ocio support update in 6.1 (there is nothing about it in the changelog though).
