Upgrading to Max 7, does Vray work with 7.5?

Hi all,

I am upgrading to Max 7 and am wondering if I can upgrade to Max 7.5 or does Vray not play well with Max 7.5 yet?

hi I was thinking to make this move also
what about render times? does it stay the same?
do you use the 1.47.03?

I'm using 1.47.03 because it is the latest build and consequently I am assuming prepared for 7.5.

The only issue I have had is that Max seems to add the Hair and Fur effect into the "Effects" dialog without me putting it there and then gives a message at the end of a render saying, "Hair and Fur must render from a Perspective View." I just delete the Hair/Fur entry in the Effects area and all is fine. Other than that I have found no issues yet.

You can always uninstall the 7.5 updates or install them individually too.
