Can we edit the default VRay Toolbar (or duplicate)?

Is it possible to edit or duplicate (then edit) the default VRay toolbar? The extra buttons I don't use do take up space which is not too bad but I'm trying to force myself to stop using the the Material Library Browser since it's going to be retired and switch to just using Cosmos. Not having the Library button would force me to do so. Editing the stock Vray toolbar doesn't work (probably a good idea) so I've tried just recreating the toolbar with the buttons and icons I do need but not all of them are available if I try to rebuild it using the "VRay" actions available in the toolbar customization dialog.

Any ideas?

Not sure if you can edit the original V-Ray Toolbar. You can always create a new one and import the functions there.

I tried creating a new one but the "VRay" category in the Customize interrace doesn't have access to all of the same icons (e.g., Cosmos Browser, Vray Plane, etc) and doesn't have all of the toolbar scripts available (e.g., shadow catcher). Not a huge deal but I was looking for an easier way to do this.
