Vray menu missing?

I have an issue with missing V-ray menu in Max’s main menu. I have a classroom with about 30 computers. About half are missing the vray menu and can’t figure out how to get it back without reinstalling. I’ve checked in ´customize user interface “menue” section but there is no “main-vray” present. Is there a simple way to find it some place else?

Try this: "If the V-Ray Toolbar is not visible, make sure floating toolbars are set to display in 3ds Max by checking Customize menu > Show UI > Show Floating Toolbars."

It's not my toolbars. Its the menue. Some have the vray menue next to help where you can do stuff like export proxies and stuff. It's not there on some cpmuters
