I suppose you can't have more than one Lens Effect?

if you're using Nuke to comp, there's a script you can download (I forget the location at the moment) and you can generate and apply the v-ray lens effects in Nuke. That might be a good option if you want more control over it, or the ability to animate it or have multiple settings.
