  • About separate colors ..

    hello !

    are there some way to separate or mask a color/bitmap R,G,B channels to 3 single gray color , like multimatte mask, and AO/roughness/metalic packed textures. Preferably V-Ray own nodes.

    You can texture pack in 3ds Max, yes. Check the attached screencap and scene.
    If you already have a packed texture, use the 3ds Max native RGB Tint to extract each texture (the desired channel should be white, others black).
