license for3dMax can not be reached

The company purchased a one-year license, but the software shows that it cannot connect to the license.
Click "edit/set license server information" from the software to enter the chaos license server, which also shows that there is a license.
I don't know where is the problem, the license cannot be connected in the software,。
Does anyone know how to solve it? thank you very much！

Your screenshot shows the V-Ray Render node license tab. V-Ray for 3ds Max Render nodes are used only when you are rendering something. The error screenshot shows that you are missing a GUI (Interface) license. The Interface license is engaged only when the 3ds Max Render setup window is engaged. Can you please confirm that there is a GUI (Interface) license available? If it is available but you still cannot access it, please make sure that your Chaos license settings are set as the following ones:
